Returns and complaints

The products ordered on www.en.eveline.eu can be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery .

 

The products to be returned:

  • must be in the original packaging and with the safety precautions
  • must not show any signs of use

Refund of costs:

 

  • If you return the entire order, you will receive a refund for both the products ordered and the shipping costs.
  • If you return part of the order, we will only refund the money for the returned products.

All complaints are accepted via email. Please contact us by email at  info.eu@eveline.eu

 

The message should contain:

  • Order number
  • Description of the incident – ​​which products are missing or what is different from the order

 

Your complaint or refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the report .
