I have a problem with bright and rare eyebrows, a good eyebrow pencil is my must have. So far, I've used a benefit crayon from the sephora, good, but the price is very high. As a person who has already tested a lot of eyebrow crayons, I figured, in fact, why not try this one too, since it is also waterproof.
